The Module is a foundation approach to help associates in your organization solve simple problems on-line. This module will help standardize the problem solving process to help facilitate team problem solving and to create a working history of a problem & countermeasures taken to correct the problem.

The two day course contains & creates a step by step process that will lead the class to use the standardized 8 step methods. The content and activities are utilized by all manufacturing and services industry OEM's worldwide. The module also contains several team building, decision making and problem solving tools and examples of industry standard statistical tools.
